Happy 4th of July!

We went camping with family and friends in the woods just outside of Flagstaff. The temps were a nice change from the 107 the valley was feeling. It was about 85 during the day and nice and cool at night. Just perfect!

One of Lincoln's favorite things was to play in Dad's Bronco. He also loved the trail rides we went on. If Lincoln decided not to nap we would just go for a ride and he would be out like a light.

Lincoln would play in the Bronco for hours if we let him and he would cry in protest and say "No, no, no" when we had to take him out. He can make car noises

Mmmmm....Watermelon!

Boy does Lincoln love watermelon. He would eat watermelon until it dripped all down his belly and his mouth was red and sticky!

Have to make sure that all the yummy red part is gone.

He would eat so much until he was slumped in his chair full of watermelon.

Other than playing in the trucks and eating watermelon, Lincoln could be found playing in the dirt and throwing rocks into the fire pit.

This is Grandpa climbing up into the trees with a saw to cut down some branches that were getting in the way of the RV.

He got up pretty high!

Watching the parade at Munt's Park. Lincoln waved at almost every float that went by.

Eating chocolate cake or mud pies. Sometimes it was hard to tell the difference.

More watermelon!

Deacon was afraid of the dark

Or just didn't want to lay on the ground

We had such a blast! I didn't want to leave we had so much fun.
